In the winter it’s nice to snuggle up inside next to a fire in the fireplace or turn on the propane fireplace and watch the white pelicans migrate through the area early March or watch the eagles anytime of the year!”

“Thank you for noticing all the fun areas to sit outside! We just got all new colorful outdoor furniture this season. There are two different areas on the dock to relax whether you want to lounge in the sun or hang out in the shade. We have a great photo opportunity lakeside with our Powell Lakehouse sign. Out favorite spot is sitting in the oversized chairs under the covered patio. Come back and stay again anytime!”

“This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever rented we definitely plan on coming back! We took a little girls trip this weekend with our kiddos and it was a blast our kids couldn’t get enough of the lake, the lily pad, the paddle boards & the hotub! Our kiddos had the best luck fishing here and caught them left to right! Kim was more than an amazing host she was hands down the best I’ve ever encountered, any questions we had she was so responsive! The home it’s self was outstanding between the comfort and small details Kim does to make others feel welcome is so appreciated so many things to do like movies, games, etc to make your stay perfect! Highly recommend.”
