How deep is the water at the dock?

The cove is deep water (25+ feet under the dock ) with a concrete dock, large swim platform, and wet-step ladder for easy in and out.

You're close to restaurants in Laurie, Woods Grocery Market, G2M Grocery, and gas stations, with a quick drive across the toll bridge to the Outlet Mall, antique shops, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, and the Bagnell Dam Strip.

Where do I park?

One free parking space is provided at the top of the driveway. The driveway is concrete, and the road from Highway 5 is fully paved. If you're bringing more than one car, let us know before your stay so we can suggest nearby parking options.

What's the bedroom breakdown?

Powell Estate has three bedrooms sleeping 5 to 9 guests: a master with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and twin sleeping three, and a guesthouse bedroom with a king bed.
